On 1st August , a momentous occasion unfolded as His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen graced the Lungtenzampa School's Golden Jubilee celebrations. The esteemed presence of Their Majesties added a regal touch to the event, especially considering that they themselves are alumni of this renowned educational institution. Joining in the festivities were also Their Royal Highnesses Princess Sonam Dechan Wangchuck, Princess Dechen Yangzom Wangchuck, and Princess Eeuphelma Choden Wangchuck, all of whom have walked the halls of Lungtenzampa school. Karma Kelvin Dorji is inspiring a lot of people by his generous and philanthropic work. Hailing from Trashi Yangtse, Karma was formally a monk at Trashigang Dratshang, however he was adopted by a foreign family and raised in Darjeeling. It was through the popular social media platform TikTok that Karma got acquainted with Thinley Gyeltshen from Rangshikhar, Trashigang. This experience inspired him to create a social service program dedicated to helping those with disabilities or anyone in need.  Karma has documented his visits to the homeless and those with disabilities on his Facebook page KiDophotography Vlog , where he provides money, food, clothes and other supplies. He is using his encouraging messages to spread awareness of his cause, which is to encourage people to make positive contributions to the world.  He is gaining widespread recognition for his selfless efforts and inspiring many people to follow in his footsteps.

Wife Leaves Husband After He Uses Two Tomatoes for Curry

A shocking incident occurred in Madhya Pradesh's Shahdol when a woman left her husband after he used two tomatoes in the food he cooked.  The recent surge in the price of tomatoes has hurt the pockets of many across the country, including consumers, restaurants, food manufacturers, and other businesses.  Sandeep Burman, who owns an eatery, approached the police, requesting them to find his wife Aarti Burman. Burman said his wife got upset after he used tomatoes in the food without consulting her and started arguing about it. The police have since confirmed that the man has filed a complaint. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.

On November 3, Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen graced the Salhang Tendrel ceremony for The Pema Center- a hospital for mental health and wellbeing within the JDWNRH complex.  A Royal Initiative of Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen, The Pema Center will be a 60-bedded hospital inclusive of outpatient consultation and counselling, emergency services, treatment and procedure rooms, pharmacy, and inpatient wards.  Addressing the ceremony, Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen said that laying the foundation of the Pema Center was to put forth a commitment to build a robust and supportive health care service in the country. Her Majesty stressed on the need to address the gap between the number of people who need mental health care and those who receive it, as well the stigma associated with mental health conditions, which causes hesitation in reaching out for timely support.  Her Majesty said that mental health will be given the National priority that it deserves.
